Twenty people from around the country formally participated in 27 Days of Change | Fall Practice Period.   This Practice Period was again offered as a virtual experience, conducted entirely online. It contained all of the essential elements of a traditional Practice Period with the ability to participate from wherever you are.

The fall Practice Period was a fruitful one, as formal participants have committed to a broad spectrum of Intentions. Many worked towards resolving workplace conflicts and other challenging relationships, taking carbon audits and making a carbon reduction plan, releasing harmful habits and harmful relationships, and committing to healthy eating and lifestyle behaviors, like quitting smoking.

During the 27 Days, formal participants commit to intensifying reflective and contemplative practice on three levels: inner, interpersonal, and global/social, which when brought together, form a holistic relationship to one’s life and creates the conditions for transformation.

Transformation is often inconvenient, and behavior change, particularly with ones that are deep-seated, can be challenging to take on. Formal participation in CXC ‘s 27 Days of Change | Practice Period provides the container, support, and “witness” that can help you lead the life you were meant to live.
