Designed for activists, allies & agents of social change, Practice Periods invite folks to engage 27 days of daily inner practice and reflection, while in the midst of their lives.
27 Days of Change incorporates a 360 degree, 6 point program of intentions, based on what we call transcendental virtues:
giving: volunteer service
ethics: reduce harm to environment
patience: reclaiming relationship
effort: daily behavior change
meditation: increased personal practice and with sangha
wisdom: letting go of attainment
This personal change program helps you examine your relationship to yourself, your community and the world.
As a result of this work, you can discard limitations, so you can seed solutions; you can deepen capacity, so you can develop sustainability.
Only when you discard limitations and develop sustainability can you then develop presence, allowing you to cultivate connection, an absolute necessity for changing yourself and the world.
